The Knicks have dominated the Hawks taking five of the last six meetings straight up, including two of three matchups this season. They certainly come into this postseason hotter, winning five of their final six games SU, and covering their last five games played. Meanwhile, Atlanta struggled down the stretch dropping three of their last four, both SU and ATS. Playing at Madison Square Garden has certainly benefited the Knickerbockers. They are one of the best home teams in the NBA going 30-10 on their own court. Statistically, New York scores about the same as Atlanta, while their defense is significantly stronger. They are better from the free-throw line, when this game gets physical, and without question, are much stronger at both ends of the court on the boards. Take the Knicks. Thank you.

It's no secret the Yankees, despite an 11-9 record and sitting in second place in the American League East, have not looked as sharp as we expected them to look. But they play the Royals, who are the worst team in the American League at 7-13. New York has dominated KC, taking nine consecutive meetings, which includes four straight at Yankee Stadium. New York accounts for more runs and allows less than their opponent here. Meanwhile the Royals enter this matchup colder than ice, dropping five in a row and eight of their last 10. Cameron and Warren are slated here today. The New York right-hander has looked very good this season making four starts and allowing a combined five earned runs in approximately 17 innings pitched. The team has won three of his four starts in 2026. This is a little high of a line, but a win is a win. Take the Yankees. Thank you.

NHL is a very streaky sport. These two teams have faced one another four times this season with Minnesota taking two games and Dallas taking two games. However, the Wild won both games played on their own ice, while the Stars prevailed in both games played on their home ice. Having said that, Minnesota struggled down the stretch dropping three of their last four regular season games. By the way my friends, the three games they dropped were all played away from home. Meanwhile, Dallas enters the postseason one of the hottest teams in hockey, winning their last five games which includes three straight at home. No matter how you slice it, statistically both offenses are pretty similar. The difference you're gonna’ see in this game is on the defensive/goaltending side of the ice where the Stars are slightly better. Take Dallas at home. Thank you.

With the status (as of post) of Anthony Edwards, still not known, in my opinion that reflects in the number. If he plays, the number will drop. If he is out, the number will rise. Having said that, the Nuggets have taken three of four meetings with the Timberwolves this season both straight up and against the spread. While Minnesota is a solid road team, Denver is one of the best home teams in the NBA. Not only that, but they've covered 44 games this season while the visitor here has only covered 37 outings. Coming into tonight's matchup we cannot ignore how strong the Nuggets finished the regular season, winning 12 consecutive games to close out the campaign. I think you'll see that they got better as the season progressed because they got healthier. They possess the league’s top scoring offense, and rank in the top-five in just about every major offensive category. They're strong on the boards at both ends of the court, and will take away Minnesota’s heavily relied upon three-point shooting offense, with the NBA's third-ranked three-point shooting defense. I feel there's a big mismatch on the glass in here. I also feel the Timberwolves cannot compete on the scoreboard offensively. Take the Nuggets. Thank you.

As a releasing this game, more of a percentage of the general public are playing the visiting team here. I agree with them, for once. Yes, the Raptors took all three meetings this season against the Cavaliers, covering them as well. And also yes, they were all before James Harden joined the Cav’s squad. While he is one of the most significant players in the NBA, I just don't feel his addition warrants being this much of a favorite against a team who plays well on the road, covers the number, and is chock full of talent. Please also remember, despite possessing an overall record of 52-30, the Cleveland has only covered 33 games this season. They tend to be overvalued by oddsmakers. And I believe that's what's happening here again today. Take the Raptors. Thank you.

I have several types of plays depending on the sport and source of information. You will know when I have a BIG GAME or a GAME OF THE MONTH or SEASON. Obviously, these are "Special" games that you need to hit hard. Everyday plays are always an average unit for you unless I specify other. With me, I consistently win so you should progress over the course of the season. All picks are played equally unless otherwise specified such as a GOM or TOP PICK noted play.

I have a basic money management system. I feel that a money management system should be simple enough for anyone to follow, and should be directed at capitalizing on the "Hot Games". See, I have been around bookies my whole life, and understand that you never want to get a name as a "Sharp Better" or "Sharpie" once that happens you will begin to get "blackballed" or :"blacklisted" at both local books and internet books. Therefore, we bet on enough games to come under the radar; however we capitalize on the "Hot Games", as mentioned above. The system is based on units.
The range is from 5 units to 20 units. A safe better would let one unit should consist of 1 percent of your total balance offered by your book. A more risk better would double that and let one unit be 2 percent of his total balance. For example, if I have a 100 game and 1000 a week limit, and I am betting 20 units, a safe bettor would bet $200. A riskier one would risk $400.
