The Braves seem to have been snakebit the past couple of seasons and this year isn’t off to a good start, losing free agent signing Jurickson Profar to a PED suspension. Not facing the Padres and Dodgers will be a welcomed site for Atlanta, but the Marlins will not back down from a divisional foe. Max Meyer fired 7 strikeouts in his first start against Pittsburgh, and he faced the Braves twice last season, winning one and losing one. AJ Smith-Shawver had some control issues, walking three in his first start, but he allowed just 2 runs to the Padres and I think he will be a little more settled in this one. Both of Meyer’s starts last season against Atlanta were low scoring affairs, so back the UNDER!
