We started the week off with a BIG WINNER last night as the Houston Cougars got us all paid. Today, we continue to WIN BIG in college basketball with my NCAAB ODDSMAKERS MISTAKE play. It is vital that we make the oddsmakers pay for their mistake today.
Tuesday's Free Play Winner: Boston Celtics.
Game 565.
4:10 PM PST/7:10 PM EST.
Normally, I am hesitant about laying double-digits on the road in the NBA. But this is no normal matchup between Boston and Toronto. The Celtics, who possess the second-best record in the East at 41-16, and overall the second-best record in the NBA, are looking to avenge a January 15 loss on the road at the hands of the Raptors, 110-97. Prior to that, Boston dominated this rivalry, taking every single game going back several seasons. One thing Boston doesn't take lightly is losing. They are also the best road team in the NBA at 23-6 as a visitor. They enter this matchup winning nine of their last 10 straight up, and covering five in a row. Going back, they've also covered four straight as a guest. Granted, they have a couple of tough outings coming up; tomorrow night at Detroit, Friday night at home against Cleveland, and then Monday night at home against Denver. But this is a game they definitely had circled since they took a beating in Toronto last month. Speaking of the Raptors, they are just 13-18 SU at the Scotiabank Arena this season. They have failed to cover four straight when playing host. Yes, they have some injuries. But they are severely outclassed here. Their lackluster offense is going to get frustrated early and often, while their doormat of a defense is going to get steamrolled. Take Boston. Thank you.
